About This Marina
Dinner Key Marina & Mooring Facility is a large municipal marina operated by the City of Miami, located on the western side of Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. The City lists 587 wet slips accommodating roughly 30’–135’ LOA, plus a 250+ mooring field east of the main marina (acceptance up to about 50’ LOA per City information). Boaters choose Dinner Key for the combination of protected in-bay conditions, practical services (pump-out, dinghy dock, laundry, restrooms), and an excellent “step-off-the-boat” neighborhood—Coconut Grove is close enough to explore on foot.
It’s also a landmark location: the adjacent building is Miami City Hall, originally the Pan Am “Clipper” flying boat terminal. The City has also noted major restoration work completed in 2021, reinforcing Dinner Key’s reputation as a core Miami boating hub.
