The 30% Back will be given in 3 coupons of 10% each, valid for at least 6 months. For the guarantee to be valid, the price for the comparable boat must be its usual price, not a one-off promotion. For the guarantee to be valid, the comparable boat's price must be all-inclusive (i.e. inclusive of taxes, fees, crew, gas, docking fee, ice, water, etc.), so that it is comparable to BoatPass' offering. Most of the times, the advertised prices online from boat rental brokers are not final until the day of the trip, where you are required to pay additional fees, so the price must include those extra fees, taxes, crew, etc. This Price Match + 30% Back Guarantee is only valid for a single trip during the Membership term of the Member. Once a household member has been given this promotion, no other household member may receive it (even if subscribed through a different Membership).

Boats within a certain Membership Category can be bigger or smaller than the size indicated. For example, there may be a Gold Boat that is longer than 40 ft, or a Diamond Boat that is shorter than 50 ft.

For bareboat charters (up to 13 passengers, including the charterer and up to 12 guests), customers are responsible for choosing and hiring their own crew.
